This series stemmed from an old and discarded concept that's been lying dormant in my computer since last year. I struggled for ages to complete it, due indecisive direction aka overthinking!

Cherubs are most commonly described as cute pudgy little babies with wings, but after reading the surreal otherworldy description of these beings from the book of Ezekiel, inspiration filled up!
Cherubs seen by Ezekiel included: Four faces - That of a man, a lion (on the right side), and ox (on the left side), and an eagle; Four wings - Spread out above, two were stretched upward and two covering their bodies; and many eyes.

Hello!
Long time no post, I've been on the fence on whether or not this blog should still be alive. Keeping up a consistent online presence has always been somewhat of a challenge to me, I've thought about migrating this blog into a proper website, or just removing everything and just sticking to Instagram. But then someone on Pinterest had pinned my artworks via this blog and now I cant bring myself to delete it. :)
So at the end of the day I'll keep this place alive for the lovely people who find joy in what I do. <3 Sorry for the lack of posts, I hope to change that.
So without further ado, here's a new post after 5 months of mulling!

This piece was a lingering idea that I struggled to execute in the past. Couple of years back I tried a version of intertwining two people but somehow I was stuck and didn't know what to do with it. I left the old piece hanging for a while until attempting this idea again from scratch.
